IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE 2024 THESPIAN SHOW

MANDATORY IMPORTANT DATES for ALL CAST & CREW MEMBERS

Monday April 29 through Friday, May 3 – Tech/Dress Runs (3:00 pm to 7:00 pm) for cast and crew. Crews that are not called will be notified ahead of time. Students involved in the choir show will be excused from rehearsals.
Saturday, May 4 – Long Saturday (Students should plan to be at school from TBD AM until TBD PM.) This time will include a lunch break. Students and families should not make plans that depend on students getting out at certain time. It is always our goal to dismiss as early as possible while still putting in the time and work necessary for a successful production.
Monday, May 6 & Tuesday, May 7 – Dress Rehearsals (3:00 pm to 8:00 pm). Rehearsals will include a dinner break each night. Information on placing optional food orders will be communicated at a later date.
Wednesday, May 8 – Archive Photos and Final Dress Rehearsal (3:00 pm to 8:30 pm), including a dinner break. All crews should attend this final dress rehearsal to participate in archive photos and celebrate the eve of opening night!
Thursday, May 9 & Friday, May 10, & Saturday, May 11 are performances. Doors open at 6:30 PM with shows starting at 7:00 PM.
Exact call times TBD.
Monday, May 13 all cast and crew will gather to strike the set and clean up the theatre, starting at 3:00 pm. All cast and crew are required to attend. End time is TBD, as it is dependent on student progress and productive work.
